We typically do not offer returns because our products are printed on demand. However, we understand that printing and transit mishaps can occur. If there is an issue with the product you receive, please reach out to us at care@doodlingnyc.com, and we will happily set up a replacement order or refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we have confirmed the refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
